But we also know that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right, or the color doesn’t spark joy once it’s in your wardrobe. Don’t worry—we’ve made our return process as light and breezy as a summer afternoon in Provence.

30 Days to Fall in Love

Take your time! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your new Tops, Bottoms, Dresses, or Loungewear are “the ones.” Try them on, see how they look with your favorite shoes, and if you’re not 100% feeling it, we’re here to help.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Drop us a line: Send a quick email to support@limiera.com with your order number.

  2. Print & Ship: We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions. Just pack the items up and send them our way!

  3. Sit back and relax: Once we receive your items, we’ll handle the rest.

The “Golden Rules” for Returns

To help us process your request quickly, please ensure your items are:

  • In their original, unwashed, and unworn condition (no perfume or makeup marks, please!).

  • Complete with all LIMIERA tags still attached.

  • Sent back in the original packaging if possible—it helps protect the delicate fabrics during their journey home.

Fast & Friendly Refunds

Once your return reaches our warehouse and gets a quick “thumbs up” from our team, we’ll issue your refund immediately to your original payment method. Most banks take about 3-7 business days to show the credit on your statement.

Easy Exchanges

See a different size or color you’d prefer? The fastest way to get your hands on it is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures your new favorite piece doesn’t sell out while your return is in transit!

A Little Note for Our Global Community

  • USA & Europe: We strive to keep the process simple for everyone. While original shipping fees aren’t refundable, we work hard to keep return shipping costs fair and transparent.

  • EU Residents: We fully support your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, but we’ve extended it to 30 days because we believe in giving you a little extra breathing room!

Something Not Right?

If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item (oops!), please let us know within 7 days. We’ll jump on it immediately to send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
